  1. I just registered for the course and it is listed as a completed order, but it is not listed under “My Courses” and I have not received a confirmation Email with any detailed on accessing the content.

  2. I received an Email with a link to the webinar and have now been waiting 40 minutes for the webinar to begin. I sent several Emails, but can’t find a phone number to call. The GoToWebinar window still displays a message stating, “The meeting will begin when the organizer arrives” and there’s a repeating message on the phone line stating, “The webinar will begin shortly. Please remain on the line.” It’s now 45 minutes past the 9:30 EDT scheduled start time. Please provide an estimated start time. I understand technical difficulties occur, but please just keep learners informed of the status.

    1. Hello and sorry for the inconvenience. The class was moved to Monday the 9th of April due to unavoidable technical difficulties. Notification emails were also sent to all participants. Sorry if you never received one. See you on Monday.

  3. I paid for the April 9th class, but never received a link to the class. I emailed my receipt and have not heard anything.
